In addition to the rent, there are costs for electricity and internet. We will take care of the electricity registration for you. The Internet in the facility we provide for a monthly amount of about 12 € for you.
The object Studio B is designed for “student housing”. Notice periods are agreed in compliance with the statutory period to the end of the semester (31.03. and 30.09.).
Apartments in Studio B are rented only to studenren, trainees, interns, doctoral candidates and students. Rentals are also available to persons under 18 years of age.
A financial proof (employment contract, proof of salary) is required. Alternatively, a surety or a debt contribution of the parents can be declared. For students under 18 years, the signature of parents is required.
The apartments are each designed for one tenant and may only be occupied by 1 person. Guests are of course allowed to visit.

Are you interested in one of our apartments? Please fill out the inquiry form at the bottom of the page. You will receive all further information by e-mail.
Due to high demand, we give you and us one day for each step. To make it easier for everyone, we can only consider complete application documents.
2. transmission of your documents
If you want to rent an apartment, send us the following complete documents in addition to the type of apartment you want:
- The self-disclosure (Download in the forms section)
This is your signature to confirm the accuracy of all your information and your selected apartment type. - The copies of identity cards
In order to verify the identity of you and, if applicable, your guarantor, please send us copies of the identity cards (Front & Back side). - Proof of creditworthiness
Here we need 3 proofs of salary or the employment contract from you or your guarantor. We must be able to understand that the monthly rent can be paid. - Certificate of enrollment/ training contract or similar.
We must be able to verify that use is exclusively by students, trainees or similar.

Please make sure that scans and photographs are legible and send us your completed documents. You are welcome to combine the documents in a PDF file.
3. Choosing your apartment
After reviewing the documents you have submitted and a credit check, you will receive apartment proposals. You choose your apartment and inform us about your decision by e-mail.
4. Rental contract and handover of keys
You will receive your rental contract by e-mail. Print it out twice, sign it and send it to us by mail.
We will take care of the electricity registration for you. We provide the internet in the complex for a monthly fee of about 12 € for you.

Frequently asked questions
How many rooms do the apartments have?
They are exclusively 1-room apartments. They are therefore designed for 1 person.
Are pets allowed?
No.
Can non-students become tenants?
The rental is exclusively for students, trainees, interns, postgraduates and pupils.
Do I need to submit a work contract/proof of income if I am a student?
In case of a guarantee (is best for students), the employment contract or the salary certificate must be submitted by the contracting party (guarantor, parents). If no surety can be created, relatives must contribute to the debt.
Are there apartments with furniture?
Part of the apartments can be rented fully furnished.
